Claire Thomas
Prior to calling to the Bar Claire worked as a solicitor in private practice dealing with a variety of civil work, mainly in the areas of family law, employment law and debt recovery. She regularly appeared in the sheriff court and Employment Tribunal.
Claire has both English and Scots Law degrees and a Masters in Business Administration. She has lectured at Napier and Stirling Universities where her research interests included financial regulation and discrimination law.
She speaks French having also studied at the Universite Francois Rabellais, Tours, France.
