Gavin J Anderson

Gavin Anderson specialises in criminal law and regulatory matters.

He has particular experience of health & safety prosecutions involving fatality or serious injury, and has acted in Fatal Accident Inquiry proceedings covering deaths in custody and in the workplace.

Mr Anderson has recognised expertise in environmental crimes concerning pollution, waste management and town and country planning issues. He also has extensive experience in many other forms of commercial crime, including fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy, licensing, financial services and company director offences. He has provided advice in relation to bribery both nationally and internationally.

He has been instructed for the defence in several prosecutions arising out of fatal and serious road traffic accidents.

He has acted in many cases, both civil and criminal, under proceeds of crime legislation.
